I will call your clients or prospective customers simply with a view to selling your product or service in a style that suits you and ensures the maximum return. Once the call or the sale has been made, I hand all the data and the customer back to you. You manage the booking forms, client agreements, contracts and product or service delivery. I can easily arrange a closing or follow up meeting between you and your new prospective or actual customer.

Here’s what else is important.

  • Complete confidentiality in all work undertaken
  • No conflict of interest. If I think there may be as I have worked with a similar organisation before, I will tell you up front.
  • Willing to agree to an NDA if applicable.

My charge depends on the nature, challenge and outcome of the work to be undertaken. For example, calling 200 clients from an existing database to run through a questionnaire or upsell/cross sell is substantially less demanding and time consuming than identifying 200 prospective clients for a software company entering a new market and selling high value product to those prospects. I will review your specific requirements and quote based on these factors. Compared to all other telemarketing companies in Australia I know of, my fees are reasonable. My results however, are exceptional.

I am a legitimate business owner, with a registered company, ABN and my own office and systems. Consequently I must charge GST on top of my fee, which of course I pay out in tax. I may also take a commission on all initial sales made with your clients, which I will invoice for immediately and expect payment within 30 days. The amount of commission varies with each company I deal with, so we’ll need to establish that before I get going. It usually comes down to your margins and value of each individual sale. Usually, my standard fees cover my business expenses and the commission from selling to your clients is my personal income, so you will see how motivated and confident I am to sell on your behalf.
