How it works

It’s very straightforward really. Let’s assume you want to contact more of your customers, arrange visits for your sales reps, follow up on email marketing campaigns, sell more of your products or services or simply give your client database a refresh.

It’s a three stage process.

  1. You give us a call and we discuss your product or service in detail. I check out your website (perhaps even while talking to you, or beforehand if you’ve used my web contact form), I ask you some specific questions to understand your product or service and we agree on a course of action. If you have a complex product, service or requirements and it is possible, it would be highly beneficial to meet in person or via Zoom call.
  2. You send us the information we need to get in touch with your customers. That’s usually an excel spreadsheet containing customer name and contact information, with an added field for us to fill in contact/call information if you do not already have it. It will also ideally include your own sales pitch or presentation (we can discuss this if you do not have it written) or at least enough information for us to create our own sales introduction/features and benefits/close. Or what you want to gain from us making direct contact with your clients. We are very IT literate and able to use any online database/CRM system you have, but we prefer a spreadsheet as it is much quicker. 100 calls is a lot to make in a day.   3. We get on with it. We make the calls to your prospects or clients in order to sell your product or service and ensure your goals are achieved.

Then we follow up with you daily to pass on information regarding calls made, sales made, follow ups required, customer visits to attend, whatever your goals for your clients may be.

Our skilled team operates from Melbourne and all projects are either carried out by or directly managed by the Director.

At the end of each assignment we will produce a report detailing exactly what has happened statistically, coupled with a commercial analysis based on the calls we have made.

And at the end of our time together you walk away with the clients and the revenue now and in the future.
